This page will provide information regarding passenger check in procedures at the airport.

Step 1

Airport Procedure

The passengers should arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time and the passenger baggage should be checked at the security checkpoint.

There may be long lines depending on the airport and the time of the day. Passengers should proceed to the security checkpoint with adequate time to spare.

Step 2

Check-in Counter

Felix Airways has deadline for passengers to arrive at the check-in counter. Felix Airways check-in counter will be closed one-hour prior to the time of departure of the flight. Passenger arriving late at the check in counter will be not be accepted to check-in and the will miss the flight.

Mandatory items required from the passenger at the check-in counter:

Original and valid passport of the passenger (when traveling internationally or ID card for Domestic)

Copy of Paper ticket, (Recommended) or the Ticket number or the PNR

Valid visa (If International flight on required)

Upon completion of thetravel documents check and baggage check-in, the passenger will be receive the boarding card.

Boarding Cardauthorizes the passenger to access immigration counter and enables the passenger to board the aircraft. Flight numbers, seat number, gate of the departure, time of departure and arrival time at destination are generally mentioned in the boarding card.

In case the passenger losses the boarding card, it should be immediately reported to the airport security or Felix Airways representative.

Passenger will not be allowed to proceed any further without the boarding card.

Step 3

Immigration

Passenger must present the travel documents to the Immigration officer and complete this step as per the prevalent immigration rules of the country of departure.

Step 4

Boarding

After completion immigration procedure,the passenger should wait at the terminal until the boarding is commenced. Felix Airways staff will announce the start of boarding and they will guide the passengers until the boarding of aircraft is completed.

Step 5

On board

Passenger Seat Number / Carry-on Bags

 The flight attendant will guide the passengers to their seat as per the seat number mentioned in the boarding card.

When the allotted seat has been located, the passenger is to look for available space in the overhead bins to place and secure their hand bag. This isn’t always the easiest task. Avail the assistance of a flight attendant for assistance if necessary. The passenger should be seated in the assigned seat.

The flight attendant will start the safety demonstration, which the passenger should pay utmost attention.

The briefing includes safety instruction, Emergency procedures and things there are prohibited by the passenger during flight.

 Passenger should comply with safety instruction at all times during the flight.
